ASC IT Ticket System
Go to the website IThelpdesk.asc.upenn.edu
Click Login and enter your JANUS username and JANUS password to log in.

If you can’t reach the site or you’re in a rush. You can create a ticket by emailing a question to firstname.lastname@example.org
Please include exact text of any error messages, what you have done so far, if anything, for troubleshooting, (including rebooting your computer).
Click the Submit a Ticket box on the main homepage
Enter information in the fields. All fields except “choose a file” are required to submit a ticket.
If you want to attach any files, either drag it to the marked location above Submit or click on Choose a file and browse to the location of the file you want to attach.

Click on Tickets at the top of the web page next to “Welcome back …” and “Your Account”
There are two tabs, Open Tickets and Resolved
Within the Open Tickets tab, you will see one of two sections:
“You need to respond” and “Our agent will respond.”
Double click on the subject text of a ticket in the “You need to respond” area to open the ticket.
Click on the link to scroll down to the form to Reply or Close the ticket.
