If you are trying to reach the ASC IT Helpdesk Ticketing system and you got to this page, you are using a computer that is not on the ASC network.

 

To remedy this you have three options:

 
  1. Connect to ASC VPN via Forticlient, then go to https://ithelpdesk.asc.upenn.edu
  2. Logon to your virtual machine and browse to https://ithelpdesk.asc.upenn.edu
  3. Email your request to:ithelpdesk@asc.upenn.edu
